How much does it cost to rent Rustic Pines?
Venue rental rates are available upon request. Contact us today to let us build the perfect rental package that fits your event needs.
What dates do you have available?
We are currently booking for 2022 & 2023. Please fill out our contact form & we will get back to you on specific date availability.
Do you offer tours of the property?
We offer tours by appointment only most weekdays after 4:30 pm and on weekends when available. Please fill out our contact form to schedule a tour.
How many will the chapel seat?
Our outdoor wedding chapel will seat approximately 60 guests. If additional seating is needed, there is open space under the pines where chairs can be set up. There is also ample standing room under the pines.
Do you have lodging on-site?
We currently do not allow overnight stays onsite.
Do you have tables & chairs for event rental?
We have round tables and chairs to seat 125 guests included in the rental of the event barn. On-site tables and chairs are for indoor use only inside of the event barn. We do not have tables and chairs available for outdoor use. If additional tables and chairs are needed, you are responsible for renting them from a vendor at your own cost. You are responsible for the setup of tables and chairs and the teardown and putting away of all tables and chairs after your event.
Do you have a Wedding Coordinator/Director that can assist us with wedding plans?
We do not offer wedding coordination, although we can make recommendations of local coordinators.
How long do we have to clean up and remove outside rental items?
All event items, whether personal or from a rental company must be removed by the end of the designated rental period as outlined in your contract unless other arrangements have been approved by Rustic Pines.
Do you offer catering?
We do not offer catering but can make recommendations of local caterers who have catered events here at Rustic Pines.
